Who we are
Travel Australia is operated by Nancy Crooks. Nancy operates as an approved broker for Wanderlust Travel Experts which is part of House of Travel Holdings. Wanderlust Travel Experts is TAANZ Bonded.
How we look at visits to this site
We use Google Analytics, a standard web analytics tool, to see how many people visit, which pages they read and how they use the site, for example which buttons they press. We use it to make the site better. It doesn't give us your name or contact details, and Google stores this information for us.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site doesn't load Google Analytics at all.
When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form is there for convenience. What you type in it, such as your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and travel ideas, comes to Nancy as an email, and she replies to the email address you give. The website doesn't keep a copy.

What we never do
We never sell your details or pass them on for marketing.
Your details are yours
You can ask Nancy at any time what she holds about you, and ask her to correct it. New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 gives you these rights, and privacy.org.nz explains them.
When you book
Bookings are made through Wanderlust Travel Experts. Once you book, Wanderlust's privacy policy and booking terms and conditions apply. You'll find both linked at the foot of this page.
